Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) in partnership with World Bank Institute (WBI) launched “Certification Programme in Urban Management India: 2005” on July 2005 at Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad. |

The programme offered four complementary modules in two phases. The phase I of the programme was scheduled on 18 - 29 July 2005 and the Phase II was scheduled on August 29 – September 2, 2005. |

Around 19 senior administrative representatives including municipal commissioners, municipal finance and accounts officers, senior municipal engineers, town planners and senior staff members attended the programme. |

The participants, under the guidance and support of Advisory group had prepared institutional development reports (IDRs) and presented it to the panel of experts. |
