Training Program on Urban Governance in the New Millennium (for the Senior IAS officers)
ASCI - WBI in partnership with the support of Government of India (GoI) organized "Urban Governance Programme for Senior I A S Officers: 2004" on 13 - 17 December 2004 at Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad.
Around 9 senior representatives from Indian administrative services have attended the programme.
